HERES WHAT WE'LL DO

Once we agree to work together, but before we actually have our first meeting, I'll send you a detailed intake form. I'll ask you about such things as food, sleep, digestion, lifestyle, core beliefs, past trauma you may think could be affecting your health and more.  I even have you do a kind of "day in the life" to show me exactly what you consume.  

 

I like to review it before we meet so I can spot issues you may not be aware of.

Then we'll meet and get to work!
